OUR RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

FOR LOCAL EGYPTIAN SHIPMENTS:

RETURNS :

  • The return policy is subject to the instructions of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency and the Ministry of Health and Population for consumer products that fall under cosmetics
  • The replaced / returned product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging with all its accessories and has not been used, opened or changed the packaging features of the product
  • For the sake of your safety, we do not allow the return or exchange of products that have been opened or used for health purposes for the reason that they are cosmetic products in nature, except for products that arrive to you damaged or contain a manufacturing defect
  • Return will be approved after we receive the product and confirm that it is 100% intact and we can resell it to other customers. But if his condition is in violation of the previous condition, the return will not be approved.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS:

  • We will be informed of the desire to return this product by one of the methods of contacting us within 14 days from the date of receiving the product
  • The value of shipping and delivery shall be borne by the customer, unless the products he received are damaged or contain a manufacturing defect.
  • The method of returning the amount is by sending a balance with the value of the product net after deducting any delivery fees, if any, for the customer to use in the future and buy through our website

حرصاً منا على سلامتكم، لا نسمح باسترجاع أو استبدال المنتجات التي تم فتحها او استخدامها لغايات صحية لسبب أنها منتجات تجميل بطبيعتها، باستثناء المنتجات التي تصل إليكم تالفة أو تحتوي على عيب مصنعي

سيتم الموافقة على الارجاع بعد استلامنا للمنتج والتأكد انه سليم ١٠٠٪ ويمكننا اعادة بيعه لعملاء آخرين. اما اذا كانت حالته مخالفة للشرط السابق فإنه لن يتم الموافقة على الارجاع

أن يتم ابلاغنا عن الرغبة في ارجاع هذا المنتج بأحد طرق التواصل معنا خلال 14 ايام من تاريخ استلام المنتج

أن يتم تحمّل قيمة الشحن والتوصيل على العميل إلا اذا كانت المنتجات التي وصلته تالفة أو تحتوي على عيب مصنعي

طريقة ارجاع المبلغ تكون عن طريق ارسال رصيد بقيمة المنتج صافي بعد خصم اي رسوم توصيل ان وجدت كي يستعمله العميل مستقبلاً ويشتري فيه عبر موقعنا

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Marketing@donnanatural.com.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Egypt, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
